Week 2/3

Wow!! I am super late posting some of these, my past week has been absolutely INSANE!! In the past week and a half or so I have had to pack my entire apartment to have it fumigated, and started back to College and my hours at work only went down to 25 hour a week.

So here we go:

Day 8: Favorite Game & Day 11: The Sky - My new favorite game is Firefly, which happens to take place in the sky.. well space.. but anyways. It's pretty awesome, it is pretty involved though.

Day 12: Snowman - This is a little old (sorry...) but it was just too cool not to share and thankfully my Mom didn't think of it :D  It is Sackboy from LittleBig Planet!!

Day 13: Napping - This is my beautiful Bearded Dragon, Saphira, napping in her cave

Day 15: Starts with H - This is my plate from one of my favorite Chinese restaurants, called Hunan Garden (or Hunan Something.. they keep changing the name) 

Day 18: Dinner Table - My dinner table rarely gets used to eat at, it spends most of its time covered in fabric, paper, felt, foam, yarn and other craft supplies for my many projects. So, I thought I would capture a moment my table is actually being used for food.

The waffles are made from scratch using my awesome waffle iron I bought on Black Friday!

Day 21: On the Floor - This is a picture of my office floor at work right now.. I am an accounts manager and since it is the end of the year and tax season, I'm a little swamped with statements and trying to get everything in order!!

Week 1

So, this is my first ever attempt at blogging!! Woohoo!
This is a project I am embarking on with some of my family and friends. Each week there are 7 words (excluding this week because it was only a half week), I will find a picture to represent each word.

I did cheat this week and each picture was not taken on the exact day they were assigned but they were all taken this week. So here we go:




Day 1: Beginnings
This week one of my very good friends tested for his Black Belt (he's the one in the middle). For him it is a new beginning. He is finished with his under-belt training and is beginning his adventure as a Black Belt.








Day 2: "Z"
Surprisingly this picture was the hardest one for me to come up with, but thanks to Saphira we figured it out!

This is my beautiful bearded dragon modeling her climbing branch!

I guess she could count as my animal as well, but I couldn't resist posting the beautiful jelly fish I found.









Day 3: Pots and Pans
This sauce pan is one of my favorites! It has been used to make an assortment of different delicious items including: cherry pie filling, terriyaki sauce, and bourbon sauce for venison.









4: Animal
I visited the Oklahoma Aquarium in Tulsa, OK for the first time this week and found these beautiful jelly fish!
